The device features a large 10.1″ TFT HD LCD display, an Octa-core Cortex™A7 processor, assorted connections to stay in touch in today’s highly mobile world, and a barcode scanner. The Gladius 10 is a rugged and durable tablet for many applications. The proof is in its MIL-STD-810G and IP-65 certifications, four-foot drop resistance, raised bezel for LCD impact protection, and hinged rubber covers over the I/O ports. The unit will operate in temperatures ranging from 32°F to 113°F, and may be stored in areas where the temperature is between -14°F and 140°F.
Large LCD Display with Enhanced Scratch Resistance
The rugged Gladius 10 tablet has a large, easy-to-view 10.1″ TFT color LCD with 1280 x 800 HD resolution and a projected capacitive 5 point multi-touchscreen. Exceptionally thin, damage-resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 coating is applied to the screen for enhanced scratch resistance, reduced scratch visibility, and better retained strength once a scratch occurs. Sunlight readable with optical bonding and a high intensity backlight is available, when direct sunlight or high ambient-light conditions are a factor.
The Gladius 10 keeps workers connected with features such as:
