First Real Life Images of the Motorola Moto G5s+ Leaked Online

Moto G5S Plus leak

Motorola is working on two new mid-range smartphones- the Moto G5s and the Moto G5s Plus. Both the smartphones are successors to the Moto G5, and the Moto G5 Plus released three months ago. Renders of both phones have already surfaced online revealing the design and today, two real life images of the bigger sibling- Moto G5s Plus are posted on Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

While the renders of the phone gave a glimpse at how the device looks, these real-life images of the phone confirm the button and sensor placements. The G5s Plus will be the first Motorola smartphone to feature dual camera setup at the back. Motorola went away with the trademark Moto dimple with the G5 series due to the metal body, but they are bringing it back with the G5s series.

The real life images also show the dual camera setup at the back. The antenna bands are clearly visible at the top and bottom of the rear, making us believe that the device will feature a unimetal body. The render leaks also said that the device would feature a metal body without any plastic frame like the Moto G5 and G5 Plus.

From the front, the device looks like the Moto G5 Plus, but the image did not reveal the fingerprint sensor placement. The model number of the phone is slightly confusing Moto G (4) NZAE130706, but the leak says it is Moto G5s Plus. Also, the device in the images was running Android 7.1.1 Nougat. As far as fingerprint scanner is concerned, the phone will feature a scanner up front, and it will be an oval-shaped one, same as the G5 series.

Other specifications of the phone will include a 5.5-inch Full HD display along with an octa-core SoC powering it- probably the recently announced Snapdragon 660 or the Snapdragon 630. It will surely come with 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. There are no details about the battery capacity of the phone. Motorola may announce both the phones at the upcoming Computex event.
