Pinnacle Proline SP4 is first Windows Phone for South Africa

South Africa-based merchant Pinnacle Africa has reported the first Windows Phone made for consumers in that nation, the Proline SP4. It will go start its selling on January 30 at the cost of R999.00 ($87 approx).
