Using the new ‘Flexi Plan’, Vodafone India customers can design their postpaid plans. Under Vodafone Flexi Plan, the customers are given eight packs to choose from. They can design their pack by choosing four among them at a basic rental of Rs. 199. By paying an additional charge of Rs. 25 per pack, the customer can add extra packs to his plan. The customer can add up to 200 packs (4 free + 196 additional packs) per month.

The customer can add or delete packs on MyVodafone app. Flexi Plan would be more suitable for the prepaid users who wish to change into postpaid as they can design their desirable packs without worrying on the fixed postpaid construct.

Commenting on the new Flexi Plan, Anand Sahai, Business Head Kolkata and Rest of Bengal said, “At Vodafone, we always endeavor to provide the best value to our customers through services and products relevant to their needs. Based on extensive research and keeping in mind the usage trends, we are happy to present the Flexi Plan, where customers have the freedom to make their own plans as well as change it as per their convenience.”

In another initiative, Vodafone India recently partnered with Amazon to provide touch and feel experience of smartphones, which sell exclusively on the e-tailer’s platform. The pilot of this service is already begun in Bengaluru across 40 outlets of Vodafone India.

As part of the tie up, each Vodafone store now has a display case with mobile phones listed on Amazon India. A product specialist trained by the e-tailer will also be present at the space. Customers can try out the smartphones and order the product online from the store, and also come back to it for any post-purchase help.
